Fixed a bug in the list-courses subcommand where cybercampus would crash on some lines in the courseses overview that do not have a link to a course. Fixed some cosmetic bugs: The "Skipping video..." message had also been shown if the video had already been downloaded. Lines will not stay visible under other lines any more, at least on ANSI compatible terminals.
